While facing the drum and toner cartridge, on the right side of the drum you should see two small pieces of metal that look like staples aligned vertically and a metal rod protruding from the side. If the arrows are not properly aligned, this will cause pages to print with a black line. Verify that the green tab on the corona wire has been returned to the Home position (▲). If not, your printed pages may have a vertical stripe. The arrow on the tab must be aligned with the arrow on the drum unit.
